Ben's client service is rooted in his history of helping businesses around the globe achieve their goals.
Ben works with clients to resolve legal challenges effectively and efficiently. His experience spans a wide range from trade secret and intellectual property cases to insurance and trust and estate matters.
Ben has also represented clients pro bono on matters concerning Social Security benefits, immigration and political asylum, and sealing criminal records.
Prior Experience & Education
Prior to joining Lovett O’Brien, Ben worked as an associate at Choate, Hall & Stewart in Boston, and served twice as a judicial intern to the Honorable M. Page Kelley on the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Before becoming a lawyer, Ben worked as a global business consultant for multiple companies, specializing in eCommerce software projects.
Ben received his J.D. magna cum laude from Boston College Law School, where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif, and served as an Articles Editor on the Boston College Law Review. Ben received his B.A. in Political Science with honors from the University of Notre Dame and was a member of the men’s lacrosse team. He is originally from Syracuse, New York.
